If reservation is canceled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival in writing by email, no fee will be charged.If in 10 days or less booking is canceled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. It is advisable to all guests to carry a comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen changes to your travel plans. 30 Day cancellation and prepayment policies may apply to groups of 8 or more. For the safety and consideration of our guests and employees, no children including infants under the age of 15 years are allowed at our resort hotel and spa.
Please note that, in cases where one person takes on the responsibility of booking for a group, that person's credit card will be charged in the case of late cancellations for all or anyone in the group under the conditions described above. You may replace a person not able to attend with a different person.
